Advice for Road Runners: Support and protection are the two main benefits on offer from the Nike Women's InfinityRN 4 Road Running Shoes. Every element of the design should support your feet and ankles.

Underfoot Feel

While the cushioning in the Nike InfinityRN 4 doesn't feel overly soft, it should feel very protective. The plus point of ReactX foam offering a more responsive ride is that it should make it easier to maintain your momentum. This is because you're getting back more of what you're putting in.

A combination of tuned support and intentionally placed cushioned supports your feet throughout the gait cycle.

Upper Fit

As mentioned, each component of the Nike InfinityRN 4 plays a key role in supporting your feet. The structured Flyknit upper features a Flyknit fit band that supports your midfoot.

You should find the the midsole feels spacious, but Nike has acknowledged that these have a snug fit. Therefore, we recommend ordering a half-size up from your normal Nike running shoes size for the best fit.

A water-repellent liner in toe area helps keep your toes drier.

Ideal Run Type

Most runners will find the Nike Women's InfinityRN 4 feel most comfortable on slower paced runs. As they feature a relatively thick midsole, they should also be a good choice for longer distance runs.

Technical Features

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
